Process

One shipment. Every document, verified.

See how a container move branches into the customs, carriage and cargo documents it needs, and how each one is priced, verified and released.

Document flow

From booking to release

Documents in each lane are completed top to bottom. Included documents are part of core customs; commodity-specific documents are only needed for certain cargo.

Container lifecycle

More than a location on a map

Each shipment is a sequence of linked events and business states, so authorized participants can see what has happened, what is still pending, and what evidence supports the current status.

  1. 01 · Plan

    1. Transportation booking
    2. Carrier acceptance
    3. Driver assignment
    4. Appointment scheduling
  2. 02 · Release & pickup

    1. Cargo release verification
    2. Chassis selection
    3. Terminal pickup
  3. 03 · Deliver

    1. Warehouse arrival
    2. Unloading
    3. Proof of delivery
  4. 04 · Close

    1. Empty return
    2. Final billing

Every stage has dependencies

  • A driver assignment does not establish that cargo is available.
  • A terminal appointment does not confirm customs release on its own.
  • A completed delivery does not close the chassis rental while the chassis is still on the street.

Exceptions go to the right party

Issues are linked to the affected shipment and routed to whoever can resolve them.

  • Missing release→ Shipper / customs broker
  • Rejected appointment→ Carrier dispatch
  • Equipment mismatch→ Equipment provider
  • Incomplete delivery document→ Driver / consignee
